Returns are easy with Hazelnut Kids Natural Toys.

While we hope you’re thrilled with your delivery of natural and organic toys, we understand that in some cases, returns are necessary.

You’re welcome to return new, unopened items within 21 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund of purchase price. Holiday returns accepted through Jan 15.

For the return of a gift you’ve received, you’ll be given a Hazelnut Kids credit for the amount of the purchase price. 

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us at info@hazelnutkids.com and we’d be happy to arrange for an immediate replacement or refund.
