Hazelnut Kids uses a combination of in-house shipping and drop shipping from manufacturers to quickly deliver your order of natural and organic toys right to your doorstep.
In-stock items are guaranteed to be shipped within two business days, but typically we’re able to get them out sooner.
- Small packages are often shipped via USPS, so please include your PO Box if this is where you receive your mail.
- Large packages are shipped via UPS Ground and require a physical street address.
All orders are shipped from our location in Traverse City, MI (49684) and standard delivery times range from 3-6 business days, depending on delivery location. There are always exceptions to this, including unpredictable weather and other shipping delays, so we encourage you to consider Expedited Shipping if you need guaranteed delivery.
Shipping Rates
We can ship anywhere in the United States (including to those addresses outside the lower 48). Shipping rates are as follows:
Contiguous 48 states
Standard (3-6 business days).....$8.95 orders up to $99 and FREE for $99+
Priority (2-5 business days).....$14.95
Expedited (1-3 business days).....$29.95*
*Drop shipped items (DS) are not eligible for Expedited shipping *
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/AFO
Standard $14.95 flat rate (no Expedited shipping available)
